Honey magazine interviewed FeFe Dobson and I just had to put my two cents in...

I was not an original fan of FeFe Dobson. I really, really wasn't. However, listening to her as of late, her style, her tattoos even...she was the originated, and duplicated by Rihanna. I have a huge soft spot in my heart for Rihanna, but lately these days I don't BELIEVE Rihanna.

Rihanna doesn't talk during interviews, she doesn't act like this rocker-chic diva that she poses to be. She was a super "dance hall queen" to quote FeFe, and now she's the total opposite. I'm one to say, absolutely not people most certainly can evolve and come in touch with a new side of themselves bringing forth a new style. I myself, feel that my style has evolved A LOT from what it used to be and now it's a lot different with hints of my past. However, FeFe IS the actual rocker-chic person. That is who she actually is.

Rihanna...doesn't even have an album out.

She's going to restaurants every 20 minutes in haute couture outfits to be stalked and photographed and as much as I LIVE & BREATHE to see her outfits cause I worship her style..that's all she has..is style. In which, her and Ciara share the same stylist, Mariel..so is that really her style?

I feel like FeFe Dobson was always this way from jump, and the sad part is that when she debuted NO ONE I mean absolutely NO ONE was interested in hearing a Black girl do rock music. We were all bumping Britney, and Rihanna didn't even exist as dance hall queen at the time. When FeFe first came out on the scene I was in my senior year of high school and she's always been the same girl.
I live for Rihanna's style, but I don't believe her personality is what she tries to make it seem it is. You can't fake being a rocker. You either are, or you aren't.

Rihanna even has the SAME tattoos as FeFe....to me, she's really "jockin' her fresh". Rihanna is the haute couture version of FeFe Dobson, and unfortunately, FeFe has been swagger jacked by Rihanna in every way possible. From tattoos to Grammy awards and it's sad.

Back of My Lac

I haven't been able to organize all my thoughts to write correctly. I've been under so much stress and pressure that it is all clear in my head but the minute I try to write it comes out all unorganized. This has been my remedy:

Now I love to look at him, as do most women but I had no idea that his music would be so soothing. Or that he would be so much of a hood rat, but to each his own.
The situations of my life are all compiling together and I truly have a feeling like I'm going to snap. The thing is me "snapping" can't possibly be a good thing. More New Jack math:
Snap=violation of probation.
Violation of probation+New Jack=Jail.

For the DIRECT people that are stressing me out. Please, please enjoy yourself as much as possible. I simply ask that you make sure you cannot be found on October 30th, 2008 when I am officially cleared. If you are found, and I'm still this stressed, your face will be your Halloween costume.

For anyone that doesn't know, The New Jack is Jamaican and a ganja smoker. Cigarettes never. Chronic, something else. I'm obviously NOT allowed to smoke, and nor have I since September 29th of 2007 days before my arrest. I posted the best of J. Holiday's album for you and I REALLY,REALLY think you should take a listen.

ESPECIALLY "Laa Laa". Man, the day AFTER my shit is over, I intend to sit right next to my BFF Linette and smoke like a billion to this song with her and probably Deanna. Back of My Lac and Thug Commandments are two others I really, really like. I'll be smoking to those too. Out my favorites list I can't really say there is one song I don't like or couldn't listen to twice-that's just me. My BFF has definitely been trying to keep me calm...keeping me under the umbrella. We've both been trying to control something for the other. She's trying to keep me from flipping and I'm trying to get her to slow down her life. At least, slowing her down some is working. I hope her part for me kicks in SOON. She knows if it happens, I'll catch a charge, straight up 5-0 taking me out the door.

"Be With Me" was J's first single. A lot of people didn't know about this track, they just HOPPED on "Bed". I was OBSESSED with "Be With Me" when it first dropped LONG before "Bed" and I remember being very fearful that "Be With Me" wasn't going to be the smash that "Bed" became and that I was never going to hear from this kid again. The next thing I know, everyone I know is trying to put someone's ass to "bed-bed-bed".

So maybe at the end of October...I'll be in the Back of My Sentra and this situation will be put to Bed.

As was being discussed on New York's Hot 97, I do believe that Jermaine Dupri or L.A. Reid will be one of the shiest characters to claim the presidency. I have NOT heard fabulous things about L.A. Reid and how he treats his artists.

It's scary to think of it sometimes that I have a degree in Music Industry and probably will not be ever able to use it. Universal made such a HUGE layoff. The Industry itself has done hundreds of layoffs this year.

Being the owner of the current Glamour on newstands that I told you guys about (Carrie Underwood cover) It's been a good read thus far, I will comment on the REDUCTION of size of the magazine. Things like that do NOT make me who has spent $3._ _ at WalMart purchasing this magazine happy. The Marie Claire with Aguilera on the cover is even worse so, I want it so bad and every time I pick UP the magazine to see how thin it is I get upset.

As much as I've boycotted Cosmopolitan recently, I got a free copy (yeah I'm black and said it) of the December with Beyonce on the cover. This month, it was a good read, its kind of worth your money but if get it for free TAKE it.
